• IEQc2 Low Emitting Materials – We have SCS Indoor Advantage Gold VOC emissions certification, as well as SCAQMD-compliant VOC content.
• Red List is for Living Building Challenge projects; we provide project-specific Red List letters upon request.
• We also have Sustainability Product Reports available for all our Ultratop products.

Ultratop Terrazzo System can be less expensive than terrazzo that is made with epoxy resin, based on the product cost. Designers can also increase the amount and the size of aggregates with less of an increase in price because cementitious products will always be less expensive than epoxy products.

Ultratop [NA] is a self-curing topping that is specially formulated for fast-track resurfacing, allowing Ultratop [NA] to be polished 24 hours after being installed. Also, the polishing process of Ultratop Terrazzo System is a “dry” process, so you do not need to manage the dirty water.
