Can I pour leveler over Mapeguard UM and Mapeguard UM 35?

Self-levelers can be poured over Mapeguard UM at a 3/8" minimum over the entire area, but we do not recommend it for Mapeguard UM 35.

Can I use Mapeguard 2 over oriented strand board (OSB)?

Yes, with these limitations: Tile must be installed per installation standards published in the most current TCNA Handbook, ANSI 108 specification. If the OSB is weather-beaten or delaminated, it must be properly overlaid with a cement backer unit or an additional layer of subfloor.

Yes, but keep in mind Ultracolor Plus FA has a fine sand in it, so you may want to perform a mockup first to make sure it doesn’t scratch the tile.
