Solution: Install a waterproofing system designed to allow for drainage and waterproofing protection

Application steps

Concrete substrate – Slope 1/4" per foot (6 mm per 0.30 m)

Planiseal CR1 waterproofing membrane applied at 60 mils – 1st coat

Overlap MAPEI LMR Fabric approximately 1" (2.5 cm) – embed into 1st coat of Planiseal CR1

Planiseal CR1 waterproofing membrane applied at 60 mils – 2nd coat

Mapedrain 35 drainage composite
