4 Steps Process

Step 1

Ultracoat ReNewIt Remover
Pour material directly onto the floor to be prepared, and spread using a clean microfiber mop. Allow product to sit on the surface for at least 15 minutes. Do not allow product to dry. Add more material as necessary to keep wet. Agitate surface using a clean microfiber cloth and remove any excess.

Step 2

Ultracoat ReNewIt Cleaner
Pour material directly onto the floor to be prepared and clean the surface using a new, clean microfiber mop. Remove any excess using a clean microfiber cloth. Allow surface to dry completely.

Step 3

Ultracoat ReNewIt Primer
Mix the entire contents of Part B into the jug containing Part A and gently shake for 5 minutes. Allow material to sit for 5 minutes. Pour mixed contents into a clean paint tray and apply to the surface of the clean floor using a 1/4" (6-mm) high-quality microfiber rolled cover. Allow material to dry for 4 hours before covering with Ultracoat HT 2K.

Step 4

Ultracoat HT 2K
Two-component, water-based, polyurethane wood-flooring finish
(Select a version for the desired gloss level.)
Mix the entire contents of Part B into the jug containing Part A and gently shake for 5 minutes, making sure that all components are properly mixed. Allow the mixed material to rest for 5 minutes before pouring it into a clean paint tray. Apply material to the surface using a clean, 1/4" (6-mm) nap microfiber roller cover. Allow surface to dry untouched for at least 4 hours before allowing traffic. Protect surface for 24 hours before replacing furniture or exposing to full traffic conditions.
