MAPEI sets gold standard for reporting excellence

MAPEI congratulates Brenda Gutierrez, our Rebate Program Manager, for a recent honor that she received from our distribution partner, Starnet Commercial Flooring. At Starnet’s Annual Membership Meeting, the company’s Manager of Financial Operations, Adrienne Clay, gave the following speech:

“It’s also the backbone of brand loyalty and financial dividends for the Starnet members, each a shareholder in the cooperative.

“Recognizing this, Starnet has introduced an initiative to celebrate the Preferred Vendor Partner who exemplifies Excellence in Reporting. This year, the spotlight shines on MAPEI, a name that has become synonymous with unparalleled precision in reporting and supported by their wholesale distribution partners. The honor is well deserved, with Brenda Gutierrez at the helm of MAPEI’s reporting endeavors, ensuring every detail is captured with utmost accuracy.

“MAPEI’s commitment to excellence is evident in their comprehensive reports. These aren’t just documents; they’re a testament to MAPEI’s dedication to maintaining strong ties with Starnet members, safeguarding their dividends, reinforcing trust and achieving high levels of growth. The figures speak for themselves. MAPEI’s detailed purchase reports include an impressive 86% of Starnet members, with thousands of invoice lines reported each month.

“This high-volume, detail-rich reporting is what sets MAPEI apart and cements their status as industry leaders. But for MAPEI, accurate reporting is more than a routine task – it’s a strategic imperative. Their daily practices demonstrate a clear understanding that precision in reporting is critical to the success of both MAPEI and Starnet members. Tricia Simon, National Customer Service Manager and Gutierrez’s supervisor, congratulated Gutierrez, stating, “We are all so very proud. Brenda manages five different reporting programs. She has developed tools in CRM to simplify the process for Sales and provide analysis to Management. Brenda manages enormous amounts of information, ensuring data accuracy.

“Further, Brenda is a great MAPEI ambassador and it is a joy to work with her. We are fortunate to have her on our team. This award itself is an honor.
