Installing LVT, or any resilient flooring material, into Ultrabond ECO 379 using a wet-lay installation method will be challenging due to the product's short drying time. To do so, you would have to limit the amount of adhesive to an area that could receive flooring within 10 minutes after application. Wet-lay applications of Ultrabond ECO 379 will definitely improve on shear performance over time, but the mechanics of the product's drying time make it more in line with pressure-sensitive installation methods.
