MAPEFLUID X418

Hyperplasticising accelerating admixture for concrete with good retention of workability.
Use Mapefluid X418 for preparing high performance, highly fluid concrete (UNI 9858 and ENV 206 fluidity classes S4 and S5) that is easy to pump.
Mapefluid X418 is recommended for all applications (cold weather concrete, pumped concrete, etc.) which require moderate retention of workability and rapid development of early mechanical strength.
Mapefluid X418 also integrates mixes lacking fine aggregate or with low cement factor, thus improving pumpability even over long distances of concrete with low dosage of cement with granulometic curves lacking fine parts.
Mapefluid X418 is a formaldehyde-free liquid admixture with a base of
non-sulphonated acrylic polymers that disperses cement granules.
To use, add Mapefluid X418 directly to the mix after the other ingredients (cement, aggregate, water).
Mapefluid X418 can also be added to the batching water beforehand because its hyperplasticising action is not affected by the mixing method. Coverage
from 0.5 to 1.8 per 100 kg of cement (0.5 to 1.5 l). Packaging
200 l drums and 1000 l tanks. Also available in bulk on request.
