Voyage Hotels Chain established by Voyage Group in 1994 features six award-winning hotels. Nature-friendly properties, having different concepts with their architectural characteristics and atmosphere, stand out with their high standards and best quality services. Travelife certified Voyage Belek Golf & Spa, located 45 km from Antalya's city center and 35 km from Antalya Airport, was first established in May 2007 with a capacity of 1700 guests. The facility, with 9 pools including the main pool of 1.800 m2, 3 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, 2 volleyball courts and a mini golf course, welcomes its guests to various sports activities and entertainment facilities. In November 2018, Voyage Belek Golf & Spa underwent a complete renovation for 7 months for a new holiday approach with a renewed design and a brand-new concept. Mapei Turkey had a major role in the waterproofing applications of the renovation project. All wet areas and swimming pools were waterproofed with MAPEI products. Renovation works started with the removal of all old coatings from surfaces. After the substrate preparations, all wet areas (WC, bathrooms etc.) and balconies were waterproofed with the two-component, flexible, cementitious mortar PLANISEAL 288. All water drains at the waterproofed areas were fixed with the non-shrinking cement based grouting mortar MAPEFILL E. Prior to the waterproofing applications of the swimming pools, substrate repairs, cold joint repairs and the beveling of the concrete structures were done with the structural repair mortars PLANITOP SMOOTH & REPAIR R4 and MAPEGROUT 430 and the water drains in the pools were again fixed with MAPEFILL E. The adherence primer ECO PRIM GRIP and the two-component, highly flexible, cementitious waterproofing material MAPELASTIC SMART with a high crack-bridging capacity was used for the waterproofing of pools. All sunshades around the pools were controlled and fixed with MAPEFILL E. Waterproofing of terraces were done with the two-component epoxy primer PRIMER SN & Quartz 0.5 and PURTOP 400 M; a highly flexible polyurea membrane with high tear and shear strength. |
