MAPEFLEX PU 45 FT

High modulus polyurethane sealant and adhesive

Rapid-hardening paintable polyurethane sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity for movements up to 20%.

ADVANTAGES:

Resistant to chemical attack by hydrocarbons
Used as a sealant to seal cracks, pipe-work, sheet-steel sections, fillet joints
May be used as an adhesive at thicknesses up to 3mm to bond most building materials

TECHNICAL DATA:
Movement in service: 20%.
Modulus of elasticity at 100% elongation: 0.70 N/mm².
Shore A hardness: 40.
Workability time: 35 mins.
Colours: white, 111 grey, 113 grey, black, brown and beige.
Application: silicone gun.
Consumption: 3.0 meters per 300 ml cartridge, 6.0 meters per 600 ml tube (10x10 mm section).
Packaging: 300 ml cartridge, 600 ml tube.
