Mapei recently sponsored young talents in the Construction category of the international WorldSkills Lyon 2024. The event is an international competition celebrating young professionals' skills in various trade professions. The event took place from September 10-15, 2024, in Lyon, France. 1500 Competitors fromover 65 countries also had the opportunity to showcase their expertise in the construction trade and related vocational professions.

The event also promotes professional training, apprenticeships, and youth career mobility, with opportunities to watch fellow peers in competitions, apply industry best practices in real life, and try out different jobs in the construction industry. WorldSkills Lyon highlights the importance of skills in shaping the future workforce in the construction and chemicals industry.
