Mapei Singapore supports the One Million Trees movement

March 28, 2021

Mapei is supporting the One Million Trees movement organized by NParks which was first launched in April 2020. NParks aim to restore nature back into our city and to improve our urban environment and enhance our resilience towards climate change by planting 1 million trees over the next 10 years! To date, 179,462 have been planted across Singapore. NParks welcomes the community and corporate organizations to participate in this movement to play our part for the environment.

Mapei Singapore is glad to be part of this meaningful activity. We are committed to donate and plant 12 trees this year. Mapei team of 24 participants will be involved in tree planting as a way to contribute a positive impact to the community, at the same time, connecting with our fellow colleagues.

The activity will be split into three sessions. The first session was held on 27 March at Marsiling Park. 8 of Mapei staff planted 4 trees. It was a fun and invigorating session. Revving up for our next sessions in April (Yishun Park) and June (Pasir Ris Park)!
