Planitop MezclaLista is a Portland-cement-based, fiber-reinforced plaster, mortar mix and render that can be used over newly placed or already placed concrete as well as concrete masonry units. Planitop MezcaLista can be installed to provide a smooth troweled appearance or can be textured to provide a more decorative appeal.
