PBU bathrooms tiling and waterproofing Mapei, a pioneer for supply to the 1st drywall PBU project Mapei Far East started to prepare ourselves for this new market opportunity once the PBU ruling was made known by the Authority. In conjunction with BuildTech Asia (14-15 October 2014) organized by Building Construction Authority (BCA), there was a Skilled Builders’ Competition. This is a competition for builders to participate to demonstrate good practices and efficient construction methods. Mapei sponsored our materials and training for the installation of tiles and waterproofing for the PBUs. Prior to the competition, Mapei Technical Service and Sales personnel have painstakingly conducted training/demonstration on the correct application with Mapei products. This gave Mapei the opportunity to start impressing a positive impact on our expertise for waterproofing and adhesives for tiles and stones in PBUs. |
