Other Manutenzione straordinaria edile ed architettonica (restyling) della Torre Ascensori del Passetto, Ancona. Opera altamente simbolica per la città, dunque un lavoro fortemente sotto l'attenzione dei media e dell'opinione pubblica, con ampie disquisizioni apparse sulla stampa locale per tutto il periodo.
L'opera si sviluppa dal livello del mare fino alla quota di 46,61 m. Il nucleo principale è costituito dal vano corsa dei due ascensori, posti lato mare. Inoltre la costruzione è caratterizzata da pilastri inclinati, puntoni, che sorreggono due terrazze panoramiche collocate a quota 20,79 e 38,43 s.l.m. All'ultima elevazione, dove sono collocati gli impianti degli ascensori si giunge attraverso una doppia scalinata. La ristrutturazione del complesso verte anche sul recupero di volumi utili ad attività ricreative e culturali di vario tipo.
