The flexibility and autonomy at MBP allow me to balance my work and personal life effectively.

At MBP we try hard to create the company culture and job roles that our employees will want to work in. We seek to provide opportunities for personal development and job role growth. We try to get the balance right between supervision and autonomy. In the post-COVID world we continue to offer flexible working hours and locations.  We have created an ethnically and gender diverse team. Getting all this right leads to a happier work force, an improved customer experience and staff retention. So, it has been our pleasure to celebrate the LONG SERVICES in the MAPEI Group of several employees Paul Tanner, Scott Lacey, Orielle Bollosa, Rozina Fidai, Jeffery Perret, Jennifer Price, and Warren Millar.

Orielle, MBP Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse Manager, proudly shared “reflecting on my journey with MBP/Mapei, I am grateful for the opportunities, challenges, and growth I’ve experienced over the years. It’s been a privilege working alongside dedicated and amazing colleagues. The camaraderie and support with the local and global team have been instrumental in making my time at MBP so rewarding.

We’ve had ups and downs through the years, also celebrated success and learned from our setbacks. MBP’s diverse culture, inclusivity, flexibility and appreciation of work-life balance has made the journey incredible. Looking forward to more years to come with MBP.”
