Sporting the Mapei Gear

Aaron Bennett from Surfprep recently took part in the Kathmandu Coast to Coast held in February.  

The longest-running multi-sport event in New Zealand and possibly the most picturesque, the Kathmandu Coast to Coast is a one and two-day event that traverses the South Islands Southern Alps. The essence of this event is 243km of biking, running and kayaking from Kumara on the West Coast all the way to a finish at the Main Pier on New Brighton beach in Christchurch.

A challenge and a half, to say the least!

Surfprep are one of New Zealand’s largest specialist concrete solutions and surface preparation companies and are currently involved in many aspects of the fire damage rebuild of the New Zealand International Convention Centre in Auckland, utilising MBP building line systems.

Mapei have a long worldwide history of supporting cycling and sports events in general, and it was our privileged to provide Aaron with Mapei cycling gear for this great personal achievement.
