1. The promoter is MBP (NZ) Ltd (Company # 8080877 NZBN 9429048523325) whose registered office is at MBP (NZ) Ltd 88 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060 New Zealand. 

2. Employees of MBP (NZ) Ltd and their family members or any agencies or companies connected with the competitions shall not be permitted to participate and enter the competitions. 

3. These competitions are open to entrants aged 18 years or older and who reside in New Zealand. MBP (NZ) Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity. 

4. To participate in these competitions, entrants must post at least one photograph or video of them wearing Mapei active wear or project to their Facebook, Instagram and/or LinkedIn account with the hashtag #MyMapeiActiveNZ or #MyMapeiProjectNZ and tagging MBP (NZ) Ltd with @MapeiProductsinNZ.

5. By posting the photographs or video and project details the entrant grants MBP (NZ) Ltd permanent unrestricted rights to use the submitted photographs or video and projects details for various purposes, including but not limited to, posting on our website and social media, and for advertising campaigns. Additionally, by posting photographs or video and details the entrant confirms that it has full authorisation to submit the photographs, videos and project details. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify MBP (NZ) Limited for any breach of copyright or other action taken against us for use of the photographs and project details.

6. These competitions will run monthly (i.e. from the 1st of each month to the end of each month). The last month in which the competition will take place is December 2024.

7. MBP (NZ) Ltd remains in control as to how the winner will be chosen on monthly basis whether it is in a draw chosen at random, by the highest number of post likes or by deliberation by MBP selected judges. The winners will be notified by MBP (NZ) Ltd directly and will also be announced via social media, eDM - newsletter or both. 

8. If entrants are unable to provide the information required as set out in clauses 4 and 5 above, following internal verification checks it will be up to the discretion of MBP (NZ) Ltd as to whether a prize is issued. 

9. MBP (NZ) Ltd remains in control as to what prize will be awarded to the winners. Prizes may change with or without consent from the participants and the public, but prize will always be valued at least NZ$100. 

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

11. All winners must, at the request of MBP (NZ) Ltd, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize and the winning Mapei active wear or project, free of charge, and they consent to MBP (NZ) Ltd using their name and the project (photos or video and information) in our promotional material whether in digital or print. 

12. MBP (NZ) Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any persons’ negligence) in connection with these competitions or accepting or using these competitions. 

13. The decision of MBP (NZ) Ltd as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to these competitions will be entered into. 

14. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. 

15. Unclaimed prizes will be void. 

16. Entrants’ personal information provided (as stated in clause 4) will be used by MBP (NZ) Ltd Limited for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1993. By sending contact details (contact name, company name, full address, telephone number and e-mail address) you agree for these details to be added to the MBP NZ (Ltd) Marketing Database, for marketing and promotional purposes of similar products and services. This may include, but not limited to, the use of e-newsletters. Your information will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party. If you do not wish to receive such communication, you must confirm this in writing when you submit your claim. Otherwise, an unsubscribe link will be provided in e-newsletters. 

17. These competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any of MBP (NZ) Ltd distributors. 

18. By entering these competitions, the entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. If for any reason any aspect of these competitions are not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to by way of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond the control of MBP (NZ) Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of these competitions, MBP (NZ) Ltd may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend these competitions or invalidate any affected entries.
