Alkali free setting accelerator for shotcrete. Mapequick AF-2000 NL is a liquid setting accelerator to be added to the already hydrated mixture before being sprayed. Use Mapequick AF-2000 NL to accelerate the setting of wet-mix shotcrete without reducing the mechanical performance of the cement mix in comparison to non accelerated shotcrete. As a result shotcrete prepared with Mapequick AF-2000 NL is waterproof and has very high mechanical strength at different curing stages. Mapequick AF-2000 NL is an alkali-free product and as such does not contribute to accentuate washout, therefore its use does not clog tunnel drainage systems. Coverage 3-8 kg per 100 kg of cement.
