The Bluespace Fantoli logistics centre in Milan had to adapt its load-bearing structures to increased static loads. The MapeWrap C UNI-AX system was chosen to strengthen the load-bearing beams to improve their tensile and shear strength. The system made it possible to carry out a quick and safe intervention. The use of FRP materials ensured high mechanical strength, lightness and adaptability of the materials applied to the existing structure.

At Villa Medicea di Castello, one of the historic residences of the Medici family in Tuscany and today home of the Crusca Academy, the façades were restored using lime-based products: Mape-Antique NHL Eco Intonaco and Mape-Antique NHL Eco Restaura. And thanks to the silicate-based coating cycle from the Silexcolor line it was also possible to obtain a semi-opaque effect that reproduced the original colours.

Autumn arrives early up in the mountains, bringing with it the cold and rain that can complicate and slow down site work, especially the installation of stone paving. This could have been a concrete risk for the redevelopment of the old town centre of Valleve in Northern Italy. Instead, thanks to the experience and constant hard work of the Works Director and installation team, who opted to use a specifically formulated innovative product (Mapestone Joint Ghost), installation continued without a break, despite the persistent cold and damp conditions. And in so doing, installation of flexible, pervious and resistant stone paving was completed on schedule.
