Where to use 适用范围

Use as sealant:

Sealing expansion, fillet and distribution joints subject to movement of up to 20% of the average width of the joint
Traditional and ventilated facades
Civil and industrial floors, including those subject to heavy vehicular traffic
Window and door fittings
Paintable joints

Use as flexible adhesive, Mapeflex MS 45 bonds on the following:

Cement-based materials
Bricks
Steel
Copper
Aluminium
Ceramic and klinker
Many types of plastic

A single product that both seals and bonds.
And that isn’t afraid of water: Mapeflex MS45 is a universal elastic sealant and adhesive,
also compatible with damp substrates.

Paintable hybrid sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity also for wet substrates, for movements up to 20%.

ADVANTAGES:

Single product for elastic bonds and seals
High initial “sucker” effect for bonding on vertical surfaces and ceilings
High elasticity for sealing joints and cracks in walls and floors
Compatible with damp substrates during application

TECHNICAL DATA:
Movement in service: 20%.
Modulus of elasticity at 100% elongation: 0.66 N/mm².
Shore A hardness: 43.
Workability time: 35’ (+23°C, 50% R.H.).
Colours: white, 113 grey, brown, black.
EMICODE: EC1 Plus - very low emission.
Certification: certificate for contact with drinking water.
Application: extrusion gun.
Consumption: 3.0 linear metres per 300 ml cartridge (10x10 mm section).
Packaging: 300 ml cartridge, 600 ml sausages.
