Ready-to-use, normal-setting, multi-purpose, cementitious floor screed

Topcem Pronto 305 is a pre-blended, ready-to-use mortar with normal setting based on a special hydraulic binder and graded aggregates. It is a multi-purpose cementitious floor screed.

Topcem Pronto 305 is extremely easy to use: just mix with water. Topcem Pronto 305 is the ideal solution where good quality graded aggregates are hard to find or for job sites such as those in city centres where the logistics involved in preparing site-mixed mortars can be difficult. Topcem Pronto 305 features high workability thus making it eaasy to apply, and it provides the same workability time as conventional cement-based mortars.

Recommended mixing ratio: 25kg bag of Topcem Pronto 305 with 3.5-4 litres of water.
Open time if the mixture: 60 minutes.
Set to light foot traffic: after 12 hours.
