Superplasticiser for concrete. Mapefluid N200 is used to manufacture concrete with high fluidity (consistency class S4 and S5 according to EN 206-1) and a high performance in service. Mapefluid N200 is suitable for all those applications (precast, ready mix and pumpable concrete) that require a long period of workability and a low w/c ratio. Mapefluid N200 can also be used for manufacturing no-slump concrete for screeds, by just reducing the w/c ratio. Mapefluid N200 is a brown-coloured liquid admixture with a base of active polymers in water solution that disperse cement grains. Add Mapefluid N200 directly to the mixture after all the other ingredients (cement, aggregates, water). Mapefluid N200 can also be diluted into the mixing water beforehand but its superplasticising action is less effective.
Dosage 0.5 to 1.5 l per 100 kg of cement.
Packaging 200 l, 25 and 10 kg drums - 1000 l tanks. Also available in bulk on request.
