Application steps

Existing masonry

Chemical barrier
Drill a row of 12 mm diameter holes up to 12 cm apart and at least 12 cm above ground level.
The depth of the holes should be around 5 cm less than the total thickness of the masonry and are used to inject the chemical barrier with an injection gun and cartridges or soft-cartridges of product with a lowpressure pump.

De-humidifying render
Apply a 20 to 30 mm thick layer of macro-porous dehumidifying render with a trowel or rendering machine.

Breathable skimming mortar
Apply the breathable skimming mortar in layers 2 mm thick with a flat metal trowel.

Siloxane undercoat
Apply the primer with a brush, roller or by spray.

Siloxane hygienising paint
Apply 2 coats of paint with a brush, roller or by spray.
