Application steps

Bonding promoter
Apply the product with a brush or trowel between second pours to create a bonded screed.

Screed
Create a sloping screed; position a series of levelling guides, spread the mix, carefully compact the mix and float-finish the surface.

Cementitious waterproofer - 1st coat
Apply the first layer of product with a notched trowel.

Rubber tape
Apply the elastic tape for fillets and joints on MAPELASTIC TURBO while still fresh.

Epoxy adhesive ADESILEX PG4 broadcast with QUARZO 0,25 - 0,5 - 0,9 - 1,2 - 1,9
Apply a first layer of product with a smooth trowel.

Wall drain
While ADESILEX PG4 is still fresh, insert the wall drain and finish off with a second coat of ADESILEX PG4, broadcasting the product with QUARZO 0.5.

Rubber tape
Spread the reinforcing mesh on the first layer of MAPELASTIC TURBO while still fresh and finish off with the smooth edge of a trowel.

Cementitious waterproofer - 2nd coat
Apply a second coat of product with a smooth trowel to cover the mesh. The final thickness must be at least 2 mm.

Adhesive
Apply the adhesive using the double-buttering method with a notched trowel suitable for the type and format of the tiles so that the back of the tiles is sufficiently wetted with adhesive.

Ceramic tiles

Grout
Once the adhesive has set, carefully fill the grouts to their full depth using a rubber trowel without leaving gaps or steps.

Sealant
Seal the perimeter and expansion joints after inserting MAPEFOAM to set the correct depth.
