Application steps

Concrete

Rod passivating mortar
Thoroughly brush the area and apply two coats of product with a brush to form a protective, anticorrosion and re-alkalising layer at least 2 mm thick for the reinforcement rods.

Repairing and skimming thixotropic mortar
Apply the non-structural mortar with a trowel in a layer 3 to 40 mm thick to restore and skim the concrete; no formwork is required.

Repairing and skimming structural thixotropic mortar
Apply the structural mortar with a trowel in a layer 3 to 40 mm thick to restore and skim the concrete; no formwork is required.

Acrylic primer
Apply with a roller, brush or by spray

Elastomeric paint
Once the primer is dry apply the paint with a brush, roller or spray. 2 coats are required to ensure complete, effective hiding.
