Application steps

Hydro-scarified concrete

Rod passivating mortar
Thoroughly brush the area and apply two coats of product with a brush to form a protective, anticorrosion and re-alkalising layer at least 2 mm thick for the reinforcement rods.

New reinforcing mesh

Structural thixotropic mortar
Apply the sulphate-resistant structural mortar with a piston or worm-screw rendering machine, or by spreader or trowel in a layer up to 100 mm thick.

Flexible cementitious protection
Apply the flexible cementitious mortar with a smooth trowel or by spray in a layer of at least2 mm thick.

Protective finishing
Apply the paint with a roller, brush or by spray.
