Application steps

Brick masonry

Fibre-reinforced mortar
Apply a first layer of product 1.5 cm thick with a trowel or rendering machine.

Alkali-resistant glass fibre mesh
CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 33 or CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 66 or CRM SYSTEM - MAPENET EMR 99
Position the structural mesh appropriately in relation to the previously applied connectors, and press it with a flat trowel to ensure it adheres to the structural plaster. Create overlaps of at least 15 cm.

Glass fibre connector MAPENET EMR CONNECTOR + chemical anchor MAPEFIX VE SF
Position the connectors with MAPEFIX VE SF in the holes drilled previously.

Fibre-reinforced mortar
MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE or MAPE-ANTIQUE NHL ECO STRUTTURALE 10
Apply fibre-reinforced mortar 1.5 cm thick with a trowel or rendering machine so that it completely covers the mesh and connectors.

Silicate undercoat
Apply the primer with a brush, roller or by spray (no airless).

Silicate covering
Apply one or two coats of finish, according to the texture of the surface, with a stainless steel trowel. Finish off the surface with a sponge or plastic float.
