Thixotropic mortar resistant to sulphates and highly resistant to cracking

MAPEGROUT EASY FLOW ZERO is a one-component, pre-blended, thixotropic cementitious mortar made from sulphate-resistant hydraulic binders, polyacrylonitrile synthetic fibres, organic corrosion inhibitors, special expansive additives, water retainers and selected aggregates according to a formula developed in the MAPEI R&D laboratories.

Thanks to its particular formulation the product has excellent fatigue behaviour under dynamic flexural loading.

This characteristic gives elements repaired with MAPEGROUT EASY FLOW ZERO a high level of resistance to cracking, including when subjected to dynamic loads induced under normal service conditions.

This particular characteristic, together with the requirements of EN 1504, helps increase the durability of elements repaired with MAPEGROUT EASY FLOW ZERO.

MAPEGROUT EASY FLOW ZERO is used to repair degraded concrete structures and is applied with a mortar pump, including structures subjected to high dynamic loads, and is particularly suitable for applications that require mortar to be pumped over a long distance or to a considerable height.
