Plastic mortar with positive internal stress with CO2 fully offset in the entire life cycle
MAPEFILL ZERO is a pre-blended mortar in powder form made from high-strength cement, selected aggregates and special additives, including an expansive agent, according to a formula developed in the MAPEI R&D laboratories.
MAPEFILL ZERO is suitable for repairing degraded structures that need to be reintegrated with hi-flow mortar and for anchoring machinery or metal structures accurately in position.
Thanks to its particular formulation the product has excellent fatigue behaviour up to at least 30,000 cycles, which gives repaired structures a high level of resistance to cracking, including when subjected to dynamic loads induced under normal service conditions.
This particular characteristic, together with the requirements of EN 1504, helps increase the durability of elements repaired with MAPEFILL ZERO.
ADVANTAGES:
- High plasticity
- Excellent adhesion
- Excellent resistance to mechanical loads, including dynamic loads
- Excellent fatigue strength
- Very low emission of VOC
- Residual greenhouse gas emissions offset through the acquisition of certified environmental credits
