MAPEHEAT products combine the technology of nVent RAYCHEM with flooring products of MAPEI to offer complete and unique radiant floor-heating solutions.
Not only MAPEHEAT SYSTEM offer the most variety of radiant floor-heating options, its membranes also provide uncoupling, crack-isolation and waterproofing properties.

Designed for commercial and residential applications, the new system provides a rapid-fit solution and energy saving benefits. It’s thin profile and waterproof construction make it suitable for all environments - in new builds, renovations and remodelling projects - including living room, kitchens, bathrooms, steam rooms and other spa environments.

Can receive various types of floor finishes such as ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles, wood and laminate flooring, LVT’s and sheet vinyl.

It includes: MAPEHEAT MEMBRANE MAXY, MAPEHEAT CABLE, to be used in conjunction with thermostat by nVent RAYCHEM.

MAPEHEAT MEMBRANE MAXI

Waterproofing, uncoupling, anti-fracture membrane for electrical floor heating.

  • Suitable for multiple size cables: diameters from 2 to 5.5 mm
  • Thin profile
  • Helps prevent transmission of in-plane substrate cracks (cracks width: up to 3 mm)
  • Minimal roll memory for faster installation
  • Heating cable installs easily, and lays flat and secure
  • For the installation of ceramic tiles the use of minimum class C2 adhesives (in compliance with EN 12004) is recommended (to be chosen dependently from the tile size)

MAPEHEAT CABLE

Cable for electrical floor heating systems.

  • Heats many types of flooring, such as tile, stone, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and engineered wood.
  • Suitable for wet environments, such as showers and steam rooms.
  • Fits easily into Mapeheat Membrane.
  • Zero EMF (electromagnetic field) cable design. Available in 230 V.
  • Available in 11 sizes from 14.5m-175 m covering spaces from as small as 1.1 m2 and up to 22.2 m2
