Mapei presents Dursilite Equilibra, an innovative professional water-based paint for interiors which is mould-resistant with  anti-condensation, and  thermo-regulating properties.

At a time when modern buildings, thanks to  cutting-edge windows and doors and advanced building systems, reduce heat loss by creating more sealed environments with limited air exchange, Dursilite Equilibra represents the technological answer to the challenges of condensation and mould formation that affect living comfort. The uniqueness of the product  lies in its advanced technology based on special polymer microspheres with reduced thermal conductivity. These microspheres, dispersed within the paint, create a thermal barrier that protects walls from temperature changes, adapting to environmental conditions and significantly reducing the formation of condensation. The product is particularly suitable for  residential spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens and rooms with poor ventilation, where the risk of mould formation is  higher.
