Mapei renews its partnership with Toyota Gazoo Racing Italy for the 2025 season of the Italian Absolute Rally Championship (CIAR). The collaboration that began last year continues: Mapei will be the Main Sponsor of the official Toyota Motor Italia team in the seven stages of the Italian championship. In addition to its participation in the CIAR, Mapei confirms its support for the GR Yaris Rally Cup, the one-make competition now in its fifth edition, where Mapei will be present on all the GR Yaris R1T 4X4s in the category.

The big news of the season is the arrival of Thomas Paperini at the wheel of the Toyota GR Yaris Rally2. The Tuscan driver, winner of the GR Yaris Rally Cup last year after his first triumph in 2022, has been chosen by Toyota to represent the official team in the national championship, confirming the importance of the one-make championship as a springboard for young talent. This choice highlights the value of the GR Yaris Rally Cup, which will accompany the national championship in six events, increasingly becoming a real opportunity to break into motorsport.
