Mapei among the World's Best Employers 2024

Forbes acknowledges the Group's constant global commitment

Mapei is, again this year, among the World's Best Employers 2024, the annual ranking drawn up by Forbes in collaboration with the digital platform Statista, which includes the 850 most virtuous companies in the management of their employees (16 of which are Italian). An acknowledgement that rewards the Group's constant commitment at a global level in guaranteeing its employees a stimulating and inclusive work environment where they can grow on the personal and professional level.

The survey involved more than 300,000 employees in over 50 countries worldwide working in multinational companies with more than 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked, through an online survey, about the quality of their employer according to various criteria such as salary, growth opportunities, remote work options, work-life balance and many others. They were also asked how willing they would be to recommend their company to family or friends. The answers were then analysed and compared to draw the list of the 850 best employers in the world.
