Mapei has developed the first application for the structural calculation of industrial floors, tailored to the needs of a rapidly evolving digital world.

A single digital tool that brings together more than ten years of experience, research and development by Mapei in the field of fibre-reinforced concrete and jointless floors.

A tool that offers numerous technical solutions for industrial flooring, versatile for all global markets and designed in accordance with the various local standards and guidelines.

With a view to proposing increasingly durable and sustainable solutions, the new APP provides not only a structural calculation of the floor using FRC technology and jointless solutions, but also an LCA analysis of the floor's total CO2 emissions.

The technical solution will be calculated by evaluating the correct dosage of synthetic fibres to reinforce the floor, as a partial or total replacement of traditional metal reinforcements, and the necessary dosage of Mapecrete System in case of Jointless solutions (Expancrete, Mapecure SRA).

CFS APP is also a real “fibers-community”, where the users can share your references with Mapei colleagues all over the world.
