A landmark destination, on the corner of Oxford Street and Park Lane, the Hard Rock Hotel London’s public spaces were reimagined to comprise of an open plan lobby, Rockshop, Rock Royalty VIP Lounge, two bars and the Hard Rock Cafe®.
All fabrication was carried out at stoneCIRCLE’s Basingstoke workshop. During installation, the team used anti-facture membrane, Mapetex System, Keraquick S1 adhesive – a quick-setting, very low VOC deformable cementitious formulation and Latex Plus admixture. The installation was completed with Mapei Ultracolor Plus grout, in a variety of different shades; the polymer modified grout provides benefits including anti-efflorescence, a rapid set and features water-repellent DropEffect® and mould-resistant BioBlock®. Joints were then sealed with mould-resistant silicone sealant, Mapesil LM. |
