One-component elastic cementitious waterproofer for balconies and terraces, bathrooms, showers and swimming pools with offset CO₂ emissions* for its entire lifecycle

MONOLASTIC is a one-component elastic cementitious membrane used as a waterproofing treatment on balconies and terraces, as well as in bathrooms, showers and swimming pools, before installing floor or wall covering.

MONOLASTIC is applied in thin layers and, thanks to its excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates and its high breathability, it is highly versatile when used on new builds and in renovation work on existing structures.

To obtain a correct waterproofing system, it is recommended to also use appropriate accessory items (reinforcement, tape and end profiles) to create a continuous and long lasting system.

MONOLASTIC is EN 1504-2 certified for the repair, maintenance and protection of concrete structures and EN 14891 as a waterproofing product applied under floor and wall coverings.
