The EXPO 2015 officially opened on 1st May in Milan, Italy. This great international event brings together more than 140 countries to showcase their best technology that offers an answer to a vital need - Feeding the planet. Energy for life.
MAPEIhas contributed to over 65 work projects among pavilions, and additional works by providing its products to customers and businesses. It is also present in many projects Outside Expo, with the supply of products or sponsorships.

The Tree of Life, a steel structure covered with wood in the Centre of the Lake Arena. Mapei is a sponsor of the Pride Brescia for the purposes of realization of the tree, which has helped make the base by providing products to waterproof and seal the support and pose and dispel the natural stones that you are.
The company is also a technical partner of the seven-meter-high sculpture "ll seme dell'Altissimo", created by Italian artist Emilio Isgrò. It is a majestic orange suit made of white marble and positioned at the West Gate of the Expo Centre main entrance (Pavilion Zero). Mapei supplied products for laying and grouting of the marble pedestal.
The USA Pavilion, which reminds one of the classic traditional rural barns in America. The Mapei Group, with the parent company Mapei SpA and U.S. subsidiary Mapei Corp., is a sponsor of the Pavilion.
