The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

What we look for?

You should have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, while you will collaborate with other departments and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.

A few examples of your future responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Manage our corporate website
• Maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Experience in SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
