As we enter our second national lockdown Mapei UK continue to adhere to British Government guidelines and will remain operational as a manufacturer supplying products to our customers in the construction industry.
The strict measures implemented on all our sites earlier this year will continue, with the commitment to protect personnel within our production facility and two warehouses as a priority.
Office-based employees in technical services, finance, marketing, HR, administration and customer services continue to work from home, as are members of our sales and specification team, and remain operational and contactable by phone and email to support our customers.
Training at Mapei Academy has again been postponed until restrictions are lifted and we will keep delegates informed for the re-scheduling of planned courses. We will also be increasing our online training presence. Mapei World London City showroom will remain closed.
We again thank our customers for their understanding, and we are committed to ensuring our service is as efficient as possible at this time in line with ongoing recommendations from the British Government.
