MapePave Range is intended to make it easier to lay natural and engineered stone pavers all year.

It includes a ready-to-use mortar system (MapePave Mortar and MapePave Slurry) that enables normal setting and regulated shrinkage for fast-drying bedding and installation of 20mm porcelain and natural stone.

MapePave Brush in Grout a single component ready-to-use polybutadiene-based drainage mortar for grouting paved floors with joints at least 5 mm wide.

MapePave Mortar

MapePave Mortar

Pre-blended, ready to use mortar with normal setting and controlled shrinkage for fast-drying bedding. Use in conjunction with MapePave Slurry.
MapePave Mortar is ideal for bedding 20mm porcelain, it is rapid curing (just 12 hours for foot traffic), rapid curing, thin application, with low shrinkage and is compliant with BS 7533. Pre-blended, just mix with water, to be used in conjunction with MapePave Slurry.

Consumption 15 kg/m² per cm of thickness.
MapePave Slurry

MapePave Slurry

Pre-blended, ready to use mortar, mixed with water for a paving slurry ideal for bonding 20mm porcelain. Use in conjunction with MapePave Mortar.
MapePave Slurry is a bonding agent to be used in conjunction with MapePave Mortar  for the rapid installation of exterior paving including 20mm porcelain.

One -component ready to-to-use polybutadiene-based drainage mortar for grouting paved floors with joints at least 5mm wide.
Grouting all types of external paved floors (porcelain slabs, cement-based composites, porphyry slabs and blocks, etc.) subject to light traffic (vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes).

EASY TO APPLY

Packaging: supplied in vacuum-packed 15kg drums.
Consumption depends on the width of the joints and the size of the slabs eg. where 600 x 600 x 20mm slabs are installed with a 5mm joint a 15kg drum of this product will cover approximately 25m .

Mapei receives eleven shortlist nominations in CFJ Awards 2024

Mapei has been shortlisted for the Manufacturer of the Year Award, the Best Use of Digital Media Award and features in nine best installation nominations in this year’s CFJ Awards 2024.  Revered for its recognition of excellence in flooring, the prestigious awards recognise manufacturer and supplier excellence, installations and special achievements within the industry.  Following voting by a panel of independent industry judges, finalists will be announced at an award ceremony, hosted at Dallas Burston Polo Club on 6 September.

In addition to the coveted Manufacturer of the Year and Best Use of Digital Media awards, Mapei installation short-listings include: an eco-floor installation system project, carried out by Active Flooring, at a secondary school in North West London and a Mapefloor Resin Flooring System installation, carried out by Craftsman Flooring, at Newark Works – a vibrant new community for entrepreneurs and businesses in creative industries in Bath Quay’s new business district.

Other installation award shortlistings featuring Mapei products and systems include nominations in the Flooring in Healthcare, Residential Developments (new builds), Residential Developments (refurbishments), Retail, Hotels and Bars & Restaurants categories and two award shortlistings within the Visitors Attractions category.
