Synthetic metallic based ready-to-use dry-shake surface hardener

WHERE TO USE

Mapetop S AP is a ready-to-use dry-shake surface hardener for producing abrasion-resistant monolithic concrete.

Mapetop S AP is based on selected Portland cements, synthetic non-rusting metallic aggregates with a very good particle size distribution and special additives as well as alkali-resistant pigments.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The strong stresses which occur in areas such as driveways, shipping and receiving warehouses and storehouses may cause, in normal concrete floors and industrial floors, abrasion, dust, detachment and other mechanical damages.

Mapetop S AP is characterized by high abrasion resistance, high compressive and flexural strength. A dust-proof, easy to care surface is obtained with Mapetop S AP and, upon request, even a coloured abrasion-resistant surface.

Mapetop S AP complies with JC/T 906,Type D,Mc 80, B class standard.

CONSUMPTION

Coverage can vary depending on the concrete conditions which the floors will be exposed to and on the required colour. Around 5-7kg/㎡.

When using coloured Mapetop S AP consider a coverage of around 6-8 kg/㎡.

PACKAGING

25 kg paper bags.

COLOURS

Standard: natural (cement grey)

on request: grey, green, light grey, VW grey, red .

STORAGE

Mapetop S AP can be stored in closed original packaging on a wooden base in a dry and sheltered place at least 12 months. Do not use open or damaged bags.
