WHERE TO USE
Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN is used to form an electrically dissipative coating system on concrete substrates and cementitious screeds, including those subjected to medium to heavy traffic.
Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN is suitable for use in various sectors of industry, particularly in electronics,
pharmaceuticals and automotive industries, warehouses which storing inflammable products and combustible powders and aeronautics and aerospace sectors.
Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN is used in particular to provide conductive floor coating in environments used for the production of high technology electronics components and equipment, medical instruments, in computer rooms, in areas where batteries are charged and in all those areas where an electrically conductive covering is required.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN is two components, resin-based formulate with special electrically conductive fillers according to a formulation developed in the MAPEI R&Dlaboratories.
Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN is used to make smooth, strong, electrically dissipative, self-levelling floor coatings with good resistance to chemicals.
Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN performance conform to GB/ T22374 “ solvent free,top coat ”standard. electrostatic resistant property conform to IEC EN 61340-5-1, IEC EN 61340-4-1 and SJ/T 11294.Comply with GB/T 35602 "Green Product Evaluation-Coatings",Complies with CNCA-CGP-02 "Green Product Certification Implementation Rules - Coatings".
