WHERE TO USE

Mapefloor I 212 CN is a two-component economical epoxy formulation suitable for multi-layer resin floorings and epoxy texture roll smooth finish or roller-sand systems.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Mapefloor I 212 CN is a nonylphenol-free pre-filled,two components economical epoxy resin formulate according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s research laboratories.

Mapefloor I 212 CN is highly versatile and may be used as a multi-layer non-slip and texture or roller-sand non-slip system.

Mapefloor I 212 CN is highly resistant to chemicals and abrasion and has excellent mechanical performance properties (see Technical Data section).

Mapefloor I 212 CN performance conform to GB/T 22374 “ solvent free,top coat ”standard.Comply with GB/T 35602 "Green Product Evaluation-Coatings",Complies with CNCA-CGP-02 "Green Product Certification Implementation Rules - Coatings".

CONSUMPTION

Depending on the substrate condition and product usage，the consumption is different. For details please refer to the technical Data Sheet.

COLOURS AVAILABLE

RAL 5015, 7012, 7035, 7040, 7037, 6029, 6032 and other colors in RAL and GSB Colour Chart is recommended.Because of the different materials, the product color may differ slightly with Colour Chart.

PACKAGING

25 kg/ kit:

component A = 20.2 kg;

component B = 4.8 kg.

STORAGE

24 months in a cool, dry area in its original, sealed packaging at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C.
