WHERE TO USE
Mapefloor I 202 EM CN is a specially formulated two-component solvent free epoxy binder that is utilized in flooring application systems such as multi-layer resin flooring, epoxy texture flooring and self-levelling systems as both primer, body coat and topcoat.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Mapefloor I 202 EM CN is a two-component epoxy resin formulate with fillers according to a formula developed in MAPEI’s research laboratories.
Mapefloor I 202 EM CN may be used for multi-layer nonslip,self -levelling or textural non-slip systems.
Mapefloor I 202 EM CN is highly versatile, can be use as primer on concrete substrates, as binder for epoxy screed and mortar, as topcoat for epoxy leveler and coating.
Mapefloor I 202 EM CN performance conform to GB/T 22374 “ solvent free，primer and body coat and top coat ”standard. Comply with GB/T 35602 "Green Product Evaluation-Coatings",Complies with CNCA-CGP-02 "Green Product Certification Implementation Rules - Coatings".
CONSUMPTION
Consumption is influenced by the condition of the surface to be coated, its absorbency and roughness, site conditions, etc.
COLOURS AVAILABLE
BASE T or Color, the color is according to RAL or GSB Color Card.
Because of different materials, the product color may differ slightly with Color Card.
PACKAGING
25 kg/ kit:
component A=20.8 kg;
component B=4.2 kg.
STORAGE
24 months in a cool, dry area in its original, sealed packaging at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C.
