Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN is a four-component, high solids, aliphatic polyurethane floor coating with very good abrasion and chemical resistance performance.
Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN is indicated for need electrostatic protection and very high traffic areas such as electronics industry warehouses and new energy resources factories.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN is a four-component, high solids, aliphatic polyurethane floor coating, with very good abrasion and chemical resistance performance, produced according to a special formula developed in Mapei’s own research laboratories.
Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN contains proprietary, hard fillers which increase abrasion resistance by up to 50% over that of standard polyurethane coatings.
Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN is an aliphatic polyurethane based coating so it has a very good UV resistance.
Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN contains special conductive additives, after apply on Mapefloor I 357 ESD CN surface, has long-term electrically dissipative performance.
Mapefloor Finish 57 ESD CN performance conform to GB/T 22374 standard.electrostatic resistant property conform to IEC EN 61340-5-1, IEC EN 61340-4-1 and SJ/T 11294 standard.

STORAGE
The product can be stored for 12 months in its original packaging in a dry place, and at a temperature of at +5°C - +30°C.
