Mapefloor CPU/SL CN is a four-component polyurethane/ cement-based formulate used to create protective coatings on industrial floors such as foodstuffs, textile and water purification industries subjected to medium traffic and high chemical aggression.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Mapefloor CPU/SL CN is a four-component formulate made from cement, selected aggregates and polyurethane resin according to a formula developed in the MAPEI research laboratories.
Mapefloor CPU/SL CN is versatile and may be applied at a thickness from 2 to 3mm.
Mapefloor CPU/SL CN is extremely resistant to chemicals and abrasion, has high mechanical strength and is highly resistant to temperature.
Coatings made from Mapefloor CPU/SL CN are easy to clean and have a smooth finish or, if required, a rough, non-slip finish.
Mapefloor CPU/SL CN performance conform to GB/T 22374 standard.comply with GBT35602 "Green Product Evaluation-Coatings".Complies with CNCA-CGP-02 "Green Product Certification Implementation Rules - Coatings".
CONSUMPTION
Consumption rates are highly influenced by the particle size of the sand used for the dryshake finish on the surface of the Mapefloor CPU/SL CN and the tools used to apply the product.
Consumption is influenced by the condition of the surface to be coated, its absorbency and roughness, site conditions, etc.
