MAPEFLOOR CPU/MT CN

MAPEFLOOR CPU/MT CN

Four-component high-strength polyurethane/cement-based mortar with high resistance to chemicals for coating industrial floors in layers from 5 to 7 mm thick.

WHERE TO USE

Mapefloor CPU/MT CN is a four-component polyurethane/ cement-based formulate used to create protective coatings on industrial floors subjected to middle to heavy traffic, high chemical resistance, thermal shock etc.

SOME APPLICATION EXAMPLES

•Coating floors in the foodstuffs industry.

•Coating floors in the dairy products industry.

•Coating floors in wineries, breweries and beverage industry in general.

•Coating floors in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Mapefloor CPU/MT CN is a formulate made from cement, selected aggregates and polyurethane resin according to a formula developed in the MAPEI research laboratories.

Mapefloor CPU/MT CN is used to create seamless coatings from 5 to 7 mm thick characterised by high resistance to chemicals such as acids, basic solutions, grease, saline solutions, hydrocarbons, etc.

Mapefloor CPU/MT CN has excellent resistance to thermal shocks ,the in-service temperature for a 6 mm thick coating varies from -20°C to +70°C.

Thanks to its high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion, Mapefloor CPU/MT CN is suitable for floors subjected to middle to heavy traffic.

Coatings made from Mapefloor CPU/MT CN are easy to clean and have a rough, non-slip finish.

Mapefloor CPU/MT CN performance conform to JC/T 2327 standard.

CONSUMPTION

Approx.2.0 kg/m2 per mm of thickness, the minimum consumption is 8 kg/m2.

Consumption is influenced by the condition of the surface to be coated, its absorbency and roughness, site conditions, etc.

COLOURS AVAILABLE

Grey, Traffic grey, Beige, Red, Green, Yellow, Milk yellow and Blue.

STORAGE

12 months in a dry area in its original packaging at a temperature of between +5°C and +30°C. Protect from frost and humidity.
