MAPEFLOOR CPU/EDF CN

MAPEFLOOR CPU/EDF CN

Five-component,high-strength polyurethane/cement-based self-levelling mortar with high resistance to chemicals and electrostatic dissipative performance for industrial floors in layers from 4 to 5 mm thick.

WHERE TO USE
Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN is a five-component polyurethane/cement-based formulation used to create protective coatings on industrial floors subjected to medium to heavy traffic, high chemical aggression and provide electrostatic dissipative performance.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
•Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN is a five-component formulation made from cement, selected aggregates and polyurethane resin according to a formula developed in the MAPEI research laboratories.
•Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN is used to create seamless coatings from 4 to 5 mm thick characterised by high resistance to chemicals such as acids, basic solutions, grease, saline solutions, hydrocarbons, etc.
•Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN has electrostatic dissipative performance.
•Thanks to its high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion, Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN is suitable for floors subjected to heavy traffic.
•Coatings made from Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN are easy to clean and have a smooth finish.
•Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN in compliance with JC/T 2327 standard  and GB/T 22374 standard. comply with GBT35602 "Green Product Evaluation-Coatings".Complies with CNCA-CGP-02 "Green Product Certification Implementation Rules - Coatings".

CONSUMPTION
To create a 4 mm-thick SL screed:
Primer :  Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN                        2 kg/㎡;
Self levelling layer: Mapefloor CPU/EDF CN         6 kg/㎡。
Consumption is influenced by the condition of the surface to be coated, its absorbency and roughness, site conditions, etc.
