The focus is on the construction of a new eleven-storey office building, which will complement the existing building from the 1950s and anchor them both more clearly in the cityscape.
Das Bürogebäude ist als Neuinterpretation des historischen Nachbargebäudes konzipiert. Ergänzend wird ein Auditorium in einem Zwischenbau realisiert, das sowohl die beiden Zwillingsgebäude miteinander verbindet, als auch der neue, grosszügige Haupteingang zum Campusgelände sein wird. Das bestehende Bürohochhaus wird einer Sanierung unterzogen. Ebenso das benachbarte Verwaltungsgebäude an der Engelgasse. Dieses wird um ein Geschoss erhöht und beinhaltet künftig ein Personalrestaurant. |
