Epoxy Moisture-Reduction Barrier

MAPEI Gym Prep Sealer is a two-component, 100%-solids, epoxy coating that is designed to mitigate moisture-related problems in concrete before the installation of moisture-sensitive sports flooring. MAPEI Gym Prep Sealer allows for a fast-track installation approach while eliminating moisture concerns even on green (young) concrete. 

  • Compliant with ASTM F3010 
  • Can be installed directly over clean concrete without mechanical profiling
  • No moisture testing required
